Procedure and Rules for The FAFAA Trainer - Part 1 Course

Go to the portal to order the FAFAA Trainer Course.
When You register for the course and pay the course fee, You will immediately be issued an access code, a FAFAA
PDF that You have the option of converting to a booklet, and FAFAA chart. The access code allows You 21 days
to read the materials, watch the online training course and take the online exam. Exam is not downloadable!
Once You have successfully passed the exam, a digital downloadable FAFAA certificate will immediately be issued.
After 21 days the access code expires, and You will no longer have access to the portal.
In order to successfully pass the exam, You must pass the exam with a score of 100%. You have 21 days of unlimited
attempts in order for You to pass the exam. Wrong or incorrect answers are not revealed.
Again, passing grade for the exam is 100%-- Every Answer Must Be Correct!

“Golden Wings, Holistic Approach to Managing Asthma” is required reading for taking the FAFAA Trainer course. Questions on exam will include material covered in book. All FAFAA trainer students must purchase the online e-book.
Once You have successfully completed the FAFAA Exam, You have a 24 hour period to print Your personalized
‘One of a Kind’ Encrypted certificate. Because this is a ‘One of a Kind,’ the Certificate, is not duplicatable— It allows
You to Print One Time Only. In addition to Your certificate, You will receive, booklet, and charts that allow You to
print ONE TIME ONLY!
Suggest You laminate charts.

Once You register and pay for the course, should You decide to change Your mind and want a refund. You will have 24 hours from the time of registration to make a request for refund.
NO Refunds will be issued after first 24 hours.

Though previously indicated there is a narrow window of time given to download and print certificate, there is a system in place that will extend You additional time.
When You first initiate the download for Your certificate, a display will pop-up that says for $9.95 You can extend Your download period from 24 hours to 30 days.
If for some reason You need to reorder a new FAFAA certificate, for $14.95 You will be able to re-download and print Your certificate. This link allows up to 30 days a onetime re-download and print extension.
