FAFAA procedures will not save everyone even when they are properly performed. However, under no circumstances
shall FAFAA be held liable for any losses or damages of any kind whatsoever, whether in contract or in tort or under
any local, state or federal law, statute, ordinance, regulation or provision, arising out of or relating to the use of or
reliance upon the first aid course work material or this website. Browsing and using this website and the course work
material is done solely at your own risk. FAFAA does not make any representation, warranty or guaranty that students
who have participated in or successfully completed our courses will be able to perform First Aid for asthma victims in
an actual emergency.
Anyone age 7 or older may sign up for any FAFAA course work (all minors will need consent from a parent or guardian).
FAFAA instruction should not be viewed by children or adults who will not fully understand the materials. FAFAA and
all persons and entities involved in creating, producing and delivering this website and the course work materials are
not associated with, affiliated with, or endorsed by the American Lung Association.
Cancellation
Once you register and pay for the course, you will have 24 hours from the time of registration to make a request for a
refund. The refund of the student's registration fee will be issued by the same method as the original payment was
made. Although every effort is made to issue refunds promptly, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to post
to the customer’s account. FAFAA reserves the right to deny any request for a refund, which it determines in good
faith, is fraudulent or otherwise intended to abuse its Money Back Guarantee. FAFAA’s determination will be final.
